When this preference is set to 'Exclude', librarians creating and receiving orders will enter prices as they appear on the invoice - e.g., the costs including tax. The value deducted from the library funds will, however, correspond to the prices excluding tax. This is useful for libraries that can claim back tax: their funds totals will still be accurate, reflecting the amounts actually used.
Lorsque cette préférence est positionnée sur 'Exclure', les bibliothécaires qui créent et reçoivent des commandes entreront les prix tels qu'ils apparaissent sur la facture - par exemple, les coûts incluant les taxes. La valeur déduite des fonds de la bibliothèque correspondra cependant aux prix hors taxe. Cela est utile pour les bibliothèques qui peuvent récupérer la taxe : le montant total de leurs postes budgétaires restera exact, reflétant les montants réellement utilisés.
