The default patron messaging preferences are set for each :ref:`patron category <patron-categories-label>`. Staff can also set individual patron messaging preferences when :ref:`adding a new patron <add-a-new-patron-label>` or :ref:`editing an existing patron <editing-patrons-label>`.
Die Standard-Einstellungen für die Benachrichtigungen an Benutzer werden für jede :ref:`Benutzerkategorie <patron-categories-label>` festgelegt. Das Personal kann außerdem individuelle Einstellungen für die Benachrichtigungen an Benutzer vornehmen, wenn sie :ref:`einen neuen Benutzer hinzufügen <add-a-new-patron-label>` oder :ref:`einen bestehenden Benutzer bearbeiten <editing-patrons-label>`.

Lets staff configure what notices are sent to patrons, apart from overdue notices.
Das Personal soll festlegen können, welche Benachrichtigungen – abgesehen von Mahnungen – an die Benutzer*innen gesendet werden.

Data is not retrospectively added to the tables: only new transactions performed after Pseudonymization is enabled are recorded. If you need older transactions to be pseudonymized, use the :ref:`pseudonymize\_statistics.pl <cron-pseudonymize-existing-statistics-label>` script.
Daten werden nicht nachträglich in die Tabellen aufgenommen: Es werden nur neue Transaktionen erfasst, die nach der Aktivierung der Pseudonymisierung durchgeführt wurden. Wenn Sie ältere Transaktionen pseudonymisieren möchten, verwenden Sie das Skript :ref:`pseudonymize\_statistics.pl <cron-pseudonymize-existing-statistics-label>`.
