The new :ref:`TrackLastPatronActivityTriggers <tracklastpatronactivitytriggers-label>` system preference replaces the :ref:`TrackLastPatronActivity <tracklastpatronactivity-label>` system preference and allows a more granular control of which action triggers the update of the patron's "last seen" date (borrowers.lastseen). Previously, this database column was only updated when the patron logged into the OPAC or via SIP2. But this excluded patrons who might check out a lot of items from the library, but never log into the OPAC. The library can now decide which activities to track from a list.
Der neue Systemparameter :ref:`TrackLastPatronActivityTriggers <tracklastpatronactivitytriggers-label>` ersetzt den Systemparameter :ref:`TrackLastPatronActivity <tracklastpatronactivity-label>` und ermöglicht eine genauere Kontrolle darüber, welche Aktion die Aktualisierung des „Zuletzt gesehen“-Datums des/der Benutzers*in auslöst (borrowers.lastseen). Zuvor wurde diese Datenbankspalte nur aktualisiert, wenn sich der/die Benutzer*in im OPAC oder über SIP2 anmeldete. Dies schloss jedoch Benutzer*innen aus, die zwar viele Medien aus der Bibliothek ausleihen, sich aber nie in den OPAC einloggen. Die Bibliothek kann nun anhand einer Liste entscheiden, welche Aktivitäten verfolgt werden sollen.
