Tools in Koha all perform some sort of action. Often many of the items listed under Tools in Koha are referred to as 'Reports' in other library management systems.

Only staff with the :ref:`manage\_patron\_lists permission <permission-manage-patron-lists-label>` (or the :ref:`superlibrarian permission <permission-superlibrarian-label>`) will have access to this tool.

Patron lists are a way to store a group of patrons for :ref:`modifying patrons in batches <batch-patron-modification-label>`, :ref:`deleting patrons in batches <patrons-anonymize-bulk-delete-label>`, :ref:`merging patrons <merge-patron-records-label>`, :ref:`printing patron card batches <patron-card-creator-label>`, or reporting.

Add patrons: add patrons to the list
 
Edit list: edit the list name, or shared status
 
Delete list: delete the list (but not the patrons)
 
Print patron cards: send the patrons in the list to the :ref:`patron card creator <patron-card-creator-label>`
 
Batch edit patrons: send the patrons in the list to the :ref:`batch patron modification tool <batch-patron-modification-label>`
Zoznamy čitateľov sú spôsob, akým sa ukladajú skupiny čitateľov kvôli jednoduchej úprave prostredníctvom nájstroja dávkovej úpravy čitateľov alebo kvôli výkazom.
Batch delete patrons: send the patrons in the list to the :ref:`batch patron deletion tool <patrons-anonymize-bulk-delete-label>`
 
To add patrons to the list, click the 'Add patrons' link in the 'Actions' menu, or click the list name.
Pre pridanie čitateľov do zoznamu, kliknite na tlačidlo 'Pridať čitateľov' napravo od názvu zoznamu.
Enter the patron's name or card number in the search box and click on the right result to add the patron.
