	Circulation functions can be accessed in several different ways. On the main page of the staff client there are some quick links in the center of the page to check items out, in or transfer them. For a complete listing of Circulation functions you can visit the Circulation page which is linked from the top left of every page or from the center of the main page.	Las funciones de circulación pueden accederse de varias formas. En la página principal del cliente administrativo hay enlaces rápidos para prestar, devolver o transferir items. 	Before circulating your collection you will want to set your :ref:`Global system preferences <global-system-preferences-label>`, :ref:`Basic parameters <basic-parameters-label>` and :ref:`Patrons and circulation rules <patrons-and-circulation-label>`.	Antes de circular su colección querrá establecer sus :ref:`Preferencias globales del sistema <global-system-preferences-label>`, :ref:`Parámetros básicos <basic-parameters-label>` y :ref:`Reglas de circulación <patrons-and-circulation-label>`.
	While in Circulation you can jump between the tabs on the quick search box at the top of the screen by using the following hot keys:	Mientras esté en Circulación puede saltar entre las pestañas en el cuadro de búsqueda rápida en las parte superior de la pantalla utilizando las siguientes teclas:
	Alt+Q: Search catalog
	Alt+U: Check out	Préstamo:

	Staff members must have the :ref:`circulate permission <permission-circulate-label>` (or the :ref:`superlibrarian permission <permission-superlibrarian-label>`) in order to be able to access circulation functions.
	Check out (issuing)	Préstamo
	To begin the checkout process you must enter the patron barcode or part of their name. The checkout option appears in three main places:	Para empezar el proceso de préstamo deberá introducir el código de barras del usuario o parte de su nombre. 	Those two options are essentially a :ref:`patron search<patron-search-label>`. If you only have one result, Koha will automatically go to the patron's file, in the 'Check out' tab.

	If your search gives you more than one result, it will ask you to choose which patron to check out to.

	You can customize the columns of this table in the :ref:`'Table settings'<column-settings-label>` section of the Administration module, under the patrons tab (table id: memberresultst). 	Clicking on a patron search result will bring you to the patron's file, on the 'Details' tab. Click the 'Check out' tab to access the check out screen.
