	The following permissions are used to give access to functions from the :ref:`accounting tab <fines-label>` in the patron records. Checking the updatecharges permission will give access to all functionalities. Click 'Show details' to give specific permissions.
	Discount debits for patrons (discount)	خصم الأرصدة المدينة للمستفيدين
	This permission grants the ability to apply discounts to charges.	استخدم برامج التقارير المساعدة
	Staff members with this permission also need to have the :ref:`remaining\_permissions permission <permission-remaining-permissions-label>`.
	Add manual credits to a patron account (manual\_credit)	أدر القيود على الحسابات

	Add manual invoices to a patron account (manual\_invoice)

	This permission grants the ability to refund payments that patrons have already made to the library.
	This permission grants the ability to manage fines and fees other than the actions described in the other sub-permissions (discounts, payouts, refunds, and writeoffs).
	This includes, but is not limited to:

	Acquisition management (acquisition)	التزويد و / أو إدارة المقترحات
	The following permissions are used to give access to functions from the :ref:`acquisitions <acquisitions-label>` module. Checking the acquisition permission will give access to all functionalities. Click 'Show details' to give specific permissions.
	All the acquisitions sub-permissions give access to the acquisitions home page. That means that staff who have one or more of the following permissions will be able to view the budgets, search and view vendor information, and view invoices.
	Add and delete funds (but can't modify funds) (budget\_add\_del)	إضافة وحذف التمويلات (لكن لا يمكنك تعديل التمويلات)
	This permission grants the ability to :ref:`add funds <add-a-fund-label>` and delete funds within a budget.	يمنح القدرة على :ref:`تحرير اشتراكات دوريات حالية <edit-subscription-label>`
	Staff members with this permission also need to have the :ref:`budget\_manage permission <permission-budget-manage-label>` and the :ref:`budget\_modify permission <permission-budget-modify-label>`.
	Without the :ref:`period\_manage permission <permission-period-manage-label>`, staff members will only be able to add sub-funds, as they will not be able to access the budgets administration page to add first-level funds.
