This setting will override the <a href="/cgi-bin/koha/admin/preferences.pl?op=search&searchfield=StaffLoginLibraryBasedOnIP">StaffLoginLibraryBasedOnIP</a> system preference. In the event of multiple libraries with matching IPs, branchcode (alphabetically) will be the tie breaker.
