searching.pref#QueryFuzzy# to match similarly spelled words in a search. (For example, a search for <cite>flang</cite> would also match <cite>flange</cite> and <cite>fang</cite>; Currently only affects Zebra searches. Any Elasticsearch term can be made fuzzy by adding a ~ directly after the term.)
