When an item is checked in, the librarian will get a request to transfer the item to the library with the lowest ratio of items held versus items allowed for that item type if the checkin library has reached its' limit for that type of item.
När ett exemplar återlämnas, så kommer personalen att få en fråga om att förflytta exemplaret till det bibliotek som har lägst ratio av exemplar vs exemplar som tillåts för den exemplartypen, om det återlämnande biblioteket har nått sin gräns för den typen av exemplar.
